El 27 de Noviembre voy a hacer una presentación en el Shared Services Center Forum.
Mi charla se llama “SSC: Change Management del Management Change” y los puntos que voy a tratar de abarcar (me dieron como máximo una hora) son:
1. SSC como ejemplo de Innovación Disruptiva del paradigma mental tradicional del diseño de organizaciones.
2. El Modelo StrategyFRAIM — Full-Range Aligned Innovation Methodology.
3. Aplicación del método para asegurar la implementación efectiva de la transformación cultural.
4. La segunda transformación del razonamiento: saliendo al mundo desde Shared Services a BPO.
5. El nuevo desafío de un nuevo liderazgo.
En esta actividad me han honrado en compartir el estrado con profesionales de primera y creo que el tema es especialmente importante. Los SSC son una innovación disruptiva en una dimensión en la que mucha gente creía que ya estaba todo dicho. Esta dimensión es la del diseño organizacional, ya que esta es una innovación en los procesos de Administración de Sistemas Sociotécnicos Complejos, lo que conlleva un verdadero cambio radical de modelo mental, no sólo gerencial.
