Seminario de Estrategia en Sede UB Córdoba

Estoy en Córdoba liderando el Seminario de Gestión de Planeamiento Estratégico y quiero compartir con ustedes la fantástica experiencia que vivimos hoy con la presencia de Vanesa Durán, fundadora de la empresa homónima de venta directa de joyería, quien generosamente expuso su experiencia y visión organizacional ante el grupo de profesionales de alto nivel que conforma el curso.

Gracias Vanesa por tu exposición, tan clara y motivadora, que casi nos hace olvidar la importantísima gestión de la complejidad que lleva a cabo esta empresa. Es creo yo uno de los casos de gestión y planeamiento estratégico mejor implementados que he tenido el gusto de conocer. Gracias también a Anahí y Belén por su contribución al grupo, ejemplificando ambas la cultura y los valores que las identifican.

Me alegra que tengamos casos como éste para debatir y aprender, profundizar los aspectos del Modelo Penta y entender que las empresas son dinámicas, evolucionan, cambian.

Mañana continuamos con la segunda parte del módulo. Aprovecho para dejarles aquí las imágenes de lo que les acabo de relatar. Nos vemos!

    Querido Avi:

    Me alegra que estés en la gestión de la estrategia ya que lo que debe formarse, por escasez, son estrategas ya que la estrategia no puede enseñarse ni aprenderse, y tal como alguna vez lo dijimos en reiteradas oiprtunidades, en la Academia de Estrategia, está en nuestros marco de referencia aprender y llevarla a hechos concretos y producir, con un detalle casi obsesvos, el control para que los objetivos se cumplan. En cuanto a la complejidad el único enfoque que parte de hechos, va al nivel más alto del pensamiento y baja a los hechos con agregado de valor es el Unicismo. A él adhiero con profunda convicción y te sugiero también lo hagas yendo a :www.unicist.org

    Estimado Avi Levy:
    No me cabe la menor duda de que debió haber sido muy interesante la presentación del caso de la empresaria de joyas, sin duda.
    Me complace enormemente que haya mujeres poderosas (como se lee en el pizarrón de una de las fotos, que se animen y sigan animando a meterse en un territorio , el de las empresas y su desarrollo, que por tanto tiempo estuvo solamente habitado por hombres.
    Al respecto, recuerdo una reflexión de mi profesora de Metodología del Aprendizaje, cuando nos animaba a enfrentar y liderar las clases para las que nos preparábamos: “SI UNA MUJER PUEDE CONDUCIR UNA CASA, PUEDE CONDUCIR UNA CLASE Y UNA EMPRESA. LA FAMILIA ES UNA VERDADERA EMPRESA, SIN DUDA.”
    Con esta crónica de tu trabajo en el Seminario, me has ayudado a honrar a una de mis maestras de estrategia.Gracias.

    Es una gran responsabilidad mostrar el trabajo diario…Igual de apasionante que debatirlo con otros profesionales y descubrir todo lo que aun nos queda por mejorar y hacer.

    Hola es la primera vez que escribo en esta clases de cosas, redes, queseyo como diria avi.
    Lo cierto es que ta bueno escuchar EXITOS, pero toy cansado de escuchar exitos, propongo que formemos foros o charlas de FRACASOS que nos sirvan para saber lo que no hay que hacer y xq fallo en esa empresa o tuvo exito en otra, para eso tenemos historia sabemos que el veneno es veneno porque alguien murio por probar y el pu…. que descubrio tal cosa puso su nombre y no el de la victima.

    Con todo respeto por el autor del libro que te voy a recomendar: EL LIBRO NEGRO DEL EMPRENDEDOR (entiendo que trata sobre lo que comentas Daniel), pero si lees y “aplicas a fondo” lo que enseña AVI, es inevitable que las consideraciones de los ANALISIS que resultan tambien TE DEVERIAN MOSTRAR “LOS VENENOS DEL FRACASO”.
    Por lejos no podemos comparar a los autores.
    Todo suma, lo importante es que NO pierdas las ganas de NO QUERER FRACASAR.
