A comer en La Pedrera

Juan Carlos Alberte es un gran amigo mío con quien he tenido el honor de trabajar desde hace muchos años en Coca-Cola de Uruguay. Despertándome toda la envidia del mundo, ya que es una cosa que me encantaría hacer a mi, Juanca y su mujer inauguraron un restaurant buenísimo en La Pedrera, al noreste de Punta del Este, más o menos una hora de viaje.
El restaurant se llama “Campo”. La filosofía es bajo el concepto de un “campo gastronómico” que recupere los sabores perdidos por los apuros de todo el año en la ciudad,
Vayan este verano, no se pierdan el “Avi Levy” que es una delicia que inventamos juntos.
