ATENCIÓN: NUEVO PENTA!!!

 En el Penta tradicional, el pilar “Administración” lo reemplazo por “Gestión”. La liga que unía Administración con Mercados era “Adaptación”, pero la reemplazo por “Posicionamiento”. La liga que unía Administración con Recursos era “Integración”, pero la reemplazo por “Productividad”. Además, la liga que unía el pilar de la Estrategia con el pilar de los Mercados era “Tracción”, pero la reemplazo por “Atracción”

Entonces, estamos hablando que el pilar de la Gestión implica la gestión de todos los procesos, los sistemas de información y el organigrama (su estructuración funcional, sus cadenas de reporte y los roles y tareas de sus posiciones) para el óptimo desempeño de los dos macroprocesos de Productividad y Posicionamiento.

Productividad es el resultado de la aplicación de las habilidades distintivas de la empresa para la articulación de los recursos tangibles e intangibles y el capital humano. El resultado es la Presión para el logro de la Estrategia. Esta es la fuerza de Push desde los Recursos. Posicionamiento es el resultado de la potencia de las ventajas competitivas, dadas las variables que caracterizan a los mercados. El resultado es la Atracción para el logro de la Estrategia. Esta es la fuerza de Pull desde el Mercado. Es decir, el pilar trata de la Gestión de la Productividad y del Posicionamiento.

    Avi: teniendo en cuenta la utilización de los pentas anteriores y el desarrollo teórico que los sustentaba, veo en este que hay reemplazos sustanciales, estructurales, sobre todo en lo relacionado a interacciones que antes actuaban entre otros pilares, el caso del posicionamiento por ejemplo… este nueva propuesta penta, entra en un proceso de aprendizaje en primero, segundo nivel o deuteroaprendizaje? es decir hay un cambio evidente de paradigmas… mejora, desarrolla los pentas anteriores o los invalida?

    Amigos, Gracias por sus comentarios. Creo que esta versión es más sólida en lo conceptual y en lo metodológico. El lunes próximo va otro artículo extremadamente importante sobre la liga Objetivos entre el pilar de la Estrategia y el pilar de la Gestión. Les pido por favor que lo lean con detenimiento (es bastante complicado) y que me lo comenten
