Bienvenidos

Hoy estamos inaugurando el blog sobre Innovation & Growth. El objetivo es que se constituya en un espacio en el que todos los que estamos en la misma caravana, preocupados por el impacto combinado que todas las innovaciones en todos los ámbitos y dominios tienen en la vida de las organizaciones humanas. Empresas, ONGs., municipios, áreas del sector público, subregiones nacionales o países completos.
Muchos amigos van a contribuir en este proyecto con notas, papers, experiencias o noticias. Algunos de esta caravana, los de “la punta del viento” son miembros de Deloitte de países de América Latina o de otras regiones. Otros son especialistas amigos dedicados a la innovación, el cambio, la transformación de organizaciones. Los que saben ayudarlas a dejar de ser lo que ya no quieren ser para ser lo que sueñan.
En este viaje hacia la punta del viento nos imaginamos que las organizaciones, nosotros las llamamos “Sistemas Sociotécnicos Complejos”, alinean a toda su gente tras un puerto de destino común, una visión comprendida, compartida y comprometida que les asegure desafiar lo establecido y liderar la innovación.
