Empresas con valores

Quiero compartir con Uds. una buena noticia. En la Universidad Blas Pascal de Córdoba hicimos un taller con Marco Lorenzatti en el que trabajamos en grupos con ejecutivos, profesores, alumnos y graduados para ponernos de acuerdo sobre el significado de “Empresas movidas por valores”. La buena noticia es que la convocatoria fue muy alta, pero, más que nada, que todos estaban convencidos que esta es una realidad imparable. No estábamos hablando solamente de “Responsabilidad Social Empresaria”, sino de Valores Trascendentes.
Pero en lugar de contarles cuáles son los valores que consideramos trascendentes, creo que sería bueno esperar los comentarios de Uds. Espero noticias.

Avy, genial, me encanto, ademas la modalidad, super relajados y todos juntos, aunque costo un poco al principio amontonarlos!
Creo que hablar de valores en la empresa hoy es fundamental, tenemos que entender de una vez por todas que los humanos somo quienes somos los resposables de la accion, de que la empresa se mueva, la empresa sola es simplemente un edificio y nada mas!
Somos los humanos, con nuestro valores quienes hacemos girar la rueda!.

Avy, te he escuchado muchas veces, en deloitte, en el consejo y siempre me dejas pensando.
Estoy al frente de una pyme industrial. Y realmente compruebo a diario, sobre todo en relacion a mis obreros, la importancia de la interaccion de los seres humanos que conformamos este grupo de trabajo.
Me he dado cuenta la necesidad de ser escuchados que tienen
los que aqui trabajan y cuanto me ha servido a mi como persona esa interaccion.

Como ya te expresé, comparto los conceptos que expusiste en la presentación sobre los “Valores”.
Y tambien comparto la idea que escribe en el blog Juan P. Juarez Pascual:
La “empresa” por si sola que es? es el edificio…es la razón social?….
El componente fundamental en las empresas son las personas y los valores que esas personas poseen.

No dejo de comentarla con mi familia, con mis amigas y de emocionarme cada vez que la cuento.
Cuando preparamos algo para exponerla en Deloitte?

Soy alumna del posgrado de Marketing y Estrategia de la UBA. Considero de suma importancia la interacción de los seres humanos que conformamos los equipos de trabajo, la necesidad de escucharnos y comunicarnos eficazmente.
Podríamos tener este taller de “Empresas con Valores” en alguna clase del Posgrado?

A 48 horas de mi Jornada de Comunicación Farmacéutica que desarrollaré con una amiga para farmacéuticos oficinales, te agradezco este contacto para reafirmar que, en medio de un mundo tan controvertido, podemos aspirar a trabajar con valores altos dentro de las pymes.
Creo que el gran desafío de todos los que desarrollamos pymes es, justamente, trab ajar CON VALORES ALTOS. Es bueno saber que un docente master como vos puede sostener esta impresión y convicción, que nos ayude a pensarnos así, de tal modo de seguir creyendo que se puede trabajar con valores altos siempre y cuando el quipo lo integren personas de bien.
Gracias por lo que recibo en este blog. Seguiré participando

I’m doing a project about spectators and am trying to find peoples opinions and feelings from the olympics (whether watching it in beijing or on the tv).. . I searched technorati for “olympics” and there are sooo many results that are much more recent and come up first, but aren’t what I’m looking for, I can’t work out how to filter out ones from the games…. . Anyone know how I can do a search for blog posts tagged olympics in say the month of August..
