Les mando un video

Si entran en “Enlaces: Caso real de transformación organizacional” (a la derecha, abajo de todo) van a encontrar un video, de hace mucho tiempo, que grabamos cuando tenía mi programa en televisión.

El video fue grabado en un estudio de televisión de Guayaquil, Ecuador, en el que aparece Pedro Gómez Centurión, Gerente General,  y un grupo de miembros de Filanbanco que en ese momento era el principal banco de Ecuador, antes de que el país sufriera una crisis bancaria.

Es muy importante que lean los subtítulos ya que creo que sirve como un buen ejemplo real de trasformación organizacional.

Disculpen por la calidad del video pero era lo mejor que teníamos.

Traten de no hacer ningún comentario con respecto a que yo estaba mucho más flaco y, muchísimo menos, que estaba mucho más joven.

    Mirando el video, nos hizo retomar las inquietudes que a uno se le presenta cuando ve, que las gran mayoría de los problemas en las organizaciones tienen un componente alto de Management. Esos problemas se repiten a lo largo del tiempo y en diferentes organizaciones, lo que nos lleva a pensar que algo debemos de estar haciendo mal en la formación o en los valores.
    Muchos de los problemas son generados por gente inteligente, capacitada y a veces me pregunto si eso será parte de la vida, como nos pasa cuando aprendemos a ser padres, y a veces cometemos los mismos errores. Capaz que ese es parte del aprendizaje de la vida y es necesario en nuestra vida terrenal.
    Como dice la 2da. Ley de la Espiritualidad: “Lo que sucede es la única cosa que podía haber sucedido”. Nada, pero nada, absolutamente nada de lo que nos sucede en nuestras vidas podría haber sido de otra manera. Ni siquiera el detalle más insignificante. No existe el: “si hubiera hecho tal cosa…hubiera sucedido tal otra…”. No. Lo que pasó fue lo único que pudo haber pasado, y tuvo que haber sido así para que aprendamos esa lección y sigamos adelante. Todas y cada una de las situaciones que nos suceden en nuestras vidas son perfectas, aunque nuestra mente y nuestro ego se resistan y no quieran aceptarlo.
    Alberto gracias por compartirlo y además tu sabes esto me recuerda el desafío que tuvimos unos años atrás, donde tuve el placer de conocerte.
