¿Puede una innovación tecnológica provocar cambios en la economía de escala que se requiere en su cluster?
¿Cuál sería la innovación tecnológica más probable?
¿En qué condiciones estamos para absorber nueva tecnología?
¿Esas innovaciones implican barreras de ingreso o de egreso más altas o más bajas?
¿Puede la innovación tecnológica modificar el cluster, su estructura, sus interrelaciones, sus componentes, su vinculación con otros clusters?
¿Puede la innovación tecnológica modificar las relaciones de poder de negociación con los proveedores?
¿Puede la innovación tecnológica cambiar las relaciones con los distribuidores?
¿Y con el cliente final?


¿Qué probabilidades hay de que la innovación tecnológica provoque la creación de nuevos productos o nuevos usos que puedan sustituir a los hoy existentes?
¿Cómo se modificaría el nivel de la rivalidad competitiva ante cada uno de las innovaciones tecnológicas más probables?
¿Cuál será el impacto de cada desarrollo tecnológico en cada área funcional de la empresa?
¿Cuáles serían las estructuras de costos más probables?
¿Cuál será la nueva frontera de nuestro cluster?
¿Se concentrarán sectores o segmentos que hoy están diferenciados o se fragmentará el mercado actual en varios segmentos especializados?
¿Qué maniobras son esperables de cada competidor?
¿Qué puede informarnos cada área de nuestra empresa sobre las maniobras de los competidores en las áreas similares de sus empresas?
¿Cuánto está usted invirtiendo en tecnología y en información sobre tecnología y cuánto debería estar invirtiendo para innovar antes que los demás?
¿Han ingresado otras empresas en el mercado de cada componente del cluster?
¿Hay alguna evidencia de que esté por entrar otra firma?
¿Se ven innovaciones en recursos humanos que puedan indicar una escalada en la rivalidad competitiva?
¿Se prevén innovaciones en los costos de algún insumo?
¿Hay innovaciones significativas en los productos o en las operaciones de algún competidor?
¿Se detectan indicios de incrementos de la capacidad de producción de algún competidor?

¿Algún indicio de adquisiciones, fusiones, alianzas de algún competidor con otras empresas?
¿En qué otros negocios está ingresando un competidor?
¿En qué procesos de desarrollo gerencial se está involucrando algún competidor?
¿Qué herramientas de management está incorporando?

    Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

    Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

    The absurd chemtrails idea requires aircraft designers and manufacturers, airlines, and thousands of mechanics and support personnel worldwide to be in on it. For what purpose? Ive yet to hear a remotely rational explanation for what these sprays are supposed to be or do or who theyre supposed to affect (and who gets the antidote?). Its pure nuttery. Youll note the the chemtrails proponents will make wild accusations but wouldnt dream of hiring a plane to take air samples where there are lots of contrails. Why let facts intrude on a good conspiracy theory.
